There have been messages at various blogs suggesting that IBOAI hasn't acted quickly enough to remove pictures and names of the recently suspended IBOAI Board Members from www.iboai.com. Please understand that these Board members have the right to appeal their suspension and that until any possible appeals are exhausted, we must leave their names and photos on the association's official website.
Check the time line. The 5 members resigned. Quixtar is putting out news releases that they were suspended so Quixtar can put their spin on it.

Could you at least list all suspended/resigned members? I know they are not all from the TEAM, even though they are they only ones getting the chatter. If people knew who all was involved they may think a little bit more about what happened.

David, if you are going to bash, check your facts. The original post above was about the termination of the affected ex-IBOs from the IBOAI Board, not Quixtar. Two different legal entitiies.
BTW, yeah they quit, stating they were going to start their own MLM, so Quixtar had no choice but to terminate. They were in breach of their contract plain and simple no "spin" necessary.
And then they file this trumped up law suit based on their assertion that the price of soap is too high to sell, and that is why Quixtar is an illegal pyramid...what a joke.

A J could you please show me in the rules of conduct where it is against their contract to "Say" they are going to start another MLM. Saying and doing are 2 different things. At this point they still are not in Breach of the Contract because they have yet to create another MLM.

Not that it matters that much whether they quit or were terminated, but I think Ron Simmons, who I believe stated he was present, stated they submitted their conditions for withdrawal as IBO's (without actually quitting) and were then served with their termination papers.
Since they were terminated as IBO's, the IBOAI Board then suspended them from the Board. The IBOAI Board has left the door open to return, and Quixtar hasn't answered the question whether they could be reinstated if they came back and said "just kidding".
[Moderator's Note: I think today's court ruling pretty much rules out terminated IBOs coming back and saying they were "just kidding."]

Hi David and Chris,
Please note that Quixtar's statement as to why the IBOs were terminated was directly related to Woodward and the other IBO leaders choosing to violate rules of conduct that they had willingly and freely agreed to.
For more clarification regarding why the IBOs were terminated, and why Quixtar and the IBOAI had to take the action they did to protect us all, please see the article posted today (Aug. 24th) here on the IBOAI blog "Court Rules in Favor of IBOAI & Quixtar"
Sincerely,
Ros
