The Core Rules of Netiquette

"Netiquette" is "Internet Etiquette" and Virginia Shea literally wrote the book on this subject, Netiquette.  Taken from the book is this list of the "Core Rules of Netiquette," a must-read for all bloggers and others who participate in Internet-centered discussions.  You can (and should!) click on each rule for elaboration.  We post this for the education of those who may never have seen these concepts, but do not intend it to be a discussion item -- hence, the topic is closed to comments.
