We have been receiving a slew of messages about websites that appear to be selling products that are only supposed to be available through Quixtar-powered IBOs. When they are aware of them, Quixtar has been in touch with the violators and have asked them to remove the items. They are also working with eBay, where some of these violations have occurred.
Over the years Quixtar has arranged for many of these sites to be taken down and they will continue to do so. If you see anymore, feel free to forward them to us we will pass them along to the right folks at Quixtar and make sure action is taken. BUT, be patient because the process of getting this done isn't instantaneous. And, due to recent events, the Rules folks at Quixtar are rather busy and so may not respond to your direct emails, but be assured that there are both staff and Board members here who are in direct communication with Quixtar staff on these violations.
If you submit any more of these URLs via our "comments" function, the comment will not be published, but your report, if it's about a site we don't already know about, WILL be sent to Quixtar.
[Note: This message not open for comment. If you have further questions or concerns on this subject, write to pr@iboai.com.]
[Postscript: This just in from Quixtar - "Quixtar's Rules department is aware of these sites and is taking the appropriate action. If you find sites selling Quixtar's products, they are doing so against our rules and you should report them to abuse@quixtar.com."]
