IBOAI Article on Perfect Water

There's a new article at the IBOAI website about Perfect Water called "IBOAI Shares Quixtar/Amway Global Guidelines on Perfect Water Claims."

That website is not a blog, so you can't comment there, but you sure can here!

It's good the more obvious ridicuous claims have been wound back, but it's still a way to go. I recommend folk read this [link to site critical of all water products deleted].

A good primer, though I'll debate the author on his aside about anti-oxidants.

It is a secure feeling to know the company (Quixtar/Amway Global) behind the product (Perfect Empowered Drinking Water) goes to such great lengths to protect the integrity of the entire process. The fact that they are willing to post this instructional information on a public forum for the world to see speaks volumes about this company. Their attention to detail is something that makes me proud to be an IBO. I am awaiting the launch of Perfect Water, I have seen results and excited to 'officially" share them!!

For the record, the link deleted was not to a site "critical of all water products". It was to a site by a professor of chemistry explaining why the claims of *some* water products were patently false.

It's a shame the corp has seen fit to dilute (non pun intended) the Nutrilite brand's "Best of Science, Best of Nature" slogan through no longer considering science to be of value with regard to this water.

I wonder how many people critical of Perfect Water have actually used the product?

I was fortunate to be able to get a couple of bottles and it is a fantastic product. I did not hear any outrageous medical claims, although if that is going on, I'm glad that Quixtar is putting a stop to that.

The only place I have heard any claims is some of the self-appointed critics out there who are calling it Miracle Water. I never heard anyone in my upline refer to it as anything other than a really good water. I enjoy reading the www.drinkperfectwater.com website. Whoever is writing it seems to have a fun light spirit.

I have seen a definite pattern while gathering information on Perfect Empowered Water. The positive comments are from people who have actually tried the product. The negative comments are from those who have not tried the product. I have tried Perfect Water and loved it. As a result I will promote this product within the guidelines given to us by the supplier and I will have success. It is really that simple.

I have tried the water personally, just a couple of ounces that a friend of mine had, and I can attest that it did give me more flexibility. I look forward to actually being able to have entire bottles at my disposal for consumption and seeing what it can do for me.

I have tried a small amount of Perfect Empowered Drinking Water a few times while working out. Since we currently have limited quantities, I have only used 1 oz prior to my workouts. I truly have been stunned by the results in my own workouts. I have a favorite electronic bike I have been riding for several months, that records power, time, etc. This bike records previous rides so I know exactly what I am capable of. After drinking the Perfect Water, I have been able to cut 2-3 MINUTES off my previous best times, on the exact same bike, on exactly the same routes. I later went back to the gym and rode without the water a couple of times as a control experiment. Without the water I was back to where I was before (2-3 minutes slower that without the water). This is really an amazing product that will have a huge positive impact on our business model.

I'm all for the Perfect Water launch, but I really wish they would launch more AMWAY GLOBAL brands instead of adopting others. The pv on non-core brands stink.

It looks like the PV/BV on Perfect water is ~75%, which is really pretty good for a non-core line item. I've also heard that after a certain number of bottles are sold that it may move to a full PV/BV item, which would be great. I hope that happens soon.

Can you please tell us why IBOAI Chairman Bill Hawkins is on video making the very claims about Perfect Water (doing the "tip test" etc) that the IBOAI is now saying should not be made about Perfect Water? Not only Hawkins, but several WWDB diamonds.

The video you’re seeing was removed but is being kept alive by a critic who revels in making Quixtar look bad. At the time videos of the tip test were made, "Perfect Water" wasn’t even launched yet and the only product information was from a website by the manufacturer, which explained the demonstration. IBO leaders were emulating that demo in good faith, but as soon as Quixtar asked them to stop, they did, including taking down their videos.]

I wouldn't exactly say that "Quixtar asked them to stop." That makes it sound so polite, and sounds as if IBOs had any true choice.

I believe the wording, and it's repeated on Ada-Tudes with the link you provide:

"Quixtar requires the IBO to correct the misinformation and may apply sanctions up to an immediate six month suspension."

The fact that the Corp uses the word "misinformation" is dubious, considering, like you said, the IBOs were just following the water website's info.

But I digress...

All your other points are correct. :)

The five "PRIMO" benefits alone are excellent selling points for this water. And considering that bottled water is a $15 billion (that's billion with a "b") industry, I think there will be plenty of customers for those interested in marketing this product.

Finally! The water has arrived. My wife and I have spent much of the past two evenings getting the first case of water to those clients who advanced ordered the water along with ourselves. This perfect water is selling great! I have personally showed this to ~60 people and use the information on the www.drinkperfectwater.com or the information on the bottle. We have been using the phase PRIMO (Purified, Remineralized, Ionized, Microstructed, Oxygen Rich). Of the ~60 people I have shown this to I had ZERO negative reactions and ~80% have either bought the product or wanted to find more information about how the business works. This is AWESOME!

So far the Perfect Water has been a huge success in our business. Perfect Water I believe will be a product similar to taking Nutrilite vitamins and supplements. You may not feel the physical effects immediately, but after discontinueing the product is when fatique and other negative effects may occur. As a result, why not drink the best water around. I truly believe the Perfect Water is making an incredible impact on our business. I was at the gym tonight and started talking to 3 other guys there. I told them to check out this new water and showed it to them. They were all blown away by the results and wanted to buy some on the spot.

I had to tell them its back ordered for now but would try to get them some bottles to buy. I also asked them if they were interested in making money with this and they all said yes! You can bet I'll be showing the plan a lot!

I simply love the perfect water. A product that everyone needs, uses, and needs to buy more of. I have had no negative people just interested and not interested. I have been having more success with people that care about their health and body. The alkalinity of the water is great because there is alot of science behind being acidic or alkaline and the health benefits of being alkaline. We got our Perfect Water in on Friday and wow! everyone is super excited!

The delivery driver that delivered our product was given a Perfect Water from the person he delivered to before me and he said he drank the water and really felt a difference! He said that after loading and unloading so many cases, he definitely noticed a big difference in how he felt! I gave him another bottle and sent him on his way to his next delivery!

Its my understanding that the strength, flexibility, and balance claims are currently being tested by a third party research company. Once those tests are complete, IBOs will be able to use claims that are found to be true in the study.

Only problem is the completion of the tests is still in question.... weeks/months/years?

they already have, as per conversations with them, the tests/studies with documents, just awaiting for the corporation to be sure.

they are really working to be sure that it is all done correctly. so haste would most likely make waste.

Just came across a review for Perfect water by Amazon.com at http://www.aldenteblog.com/2008/05/al-dente-review.html (there food review blog site). It also had a comment on there stating that if one wants to buy Perfect Water on Amazon they could sign up to be notified when available. What's up with that? Is there any truth to that being a possibility or is it just wishful thinking on Amazon's part to capitalize on a great product? Thanks for checking it out.

[This looks like a possible Rules violation, which we will refer to Quixtar for review. Quixtar would not make Perfect Water available to Amazon to sell, and its rules about selling online are very clear. Amazon has an affiliate program from which people may try to sell all manner of products, including products like Perfect Water that they aren’t approved by unaffiliated companies to sell. Just because something is available online doesn’t mean that Quixtar is aware of or approves it. They rely on IBOs with eagle eyes like yours to note potential violations.
