Our tireless Board and MAC Members continued working into the night as they broke into committee sessions, where recommendations and discussions took place. Your IBOAI Board spent Monday sharing perspectives with Amway staff – early afternoon with Customer Service talking about teamwork, later afternoon with all managers advancing employee education. IBOAI Chairman Brad Duncan, Vice Chairman Kathy Victor, Jody Victor, and Bob Andrews shared their views as the Voice of the IBO. The IBOAI and Amway are working together to advance the business.
